Policies

You will be invoiced for your lessons before your lessons start. You do not hold a time slot until your invoice has been paid. If you cannot attend your scheduled lesson, please give 24 hours notice by phone or email. If you do not give 24 hours notice, then your lesson will be forfeited. Letting us know that you cannot attend the lesson is very important because our daily schedule is planned around all of the lessons that we teach.

Once per calendar month, you can miss a lesson with 24 hour notice. That missed lesson will roll over to the next week. If you miss more than one lesson per calendar month, those missed lessons are forfeited.

We do not refund lessons or reschedule lessons. The time slot you reserved is dedicated to you and no one else. When you buy lessons, you are investing money to become a better musician. It is recommended you only purchase one or four lessons if you’re just trying it out for the first time. We cannot refund large packages of lessons because you decided the guitar is not for you. If you would like to cancel your lessons, email us at oakshedstudios@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal period.
